A rustic but agricultural piece of land for sale in Rio de la Miel, a hidden valley behind Nerja.

Driving time to the plot is exactly 20 minutes from the centre of Nerja. The land measures 10.800 m2 and is classified for agricultural use and has two water shares from the local water board. The land originally had avocado trees planted but these have fallen into disarray. The entire plot has an automatic irrigation system installed with water provided from a large municipal water storage tank situated immediately adjacent. The land would have to be re-planted with new trees of avocados or other crops.

Access is good and in most cases is tarmaced and is completely accessible with an ordinary car.

As the land is classified as “regadeo” in Spanish the local Nerja town hall will allow the construction of a small 24 m2 house. There is electricity throughout the valley. Full legal freehold title deed is available. The plot faces south-west and has the most magnificent scenic mountain and sea views stretching on a clear day as far as Malaga.
